What you should do if forms on your website are not working

My customer can't enter information into one of my forms.
Check to see if you can enter information into the form on a similar device that is not on the same internet service.
If you can then the issue is likely with the customer's computer, browser or internet service.
- Ask your customer to try another browser. If they are successful, find out which browser and version they are using and contact us or open a ticket.
- If changing the browser doesn't make a difference, ask your customer what operating system and version they are using and contact us.
My customer can fill out a form but I'm not receiving it.
Sometimes email messages from a WordPress website, have issues sending messages, especially if the receiver (you) are using an email address that is not on the same domain as the website.
- We have software that can correct this in most situations. Contact us or open a ticket.
